Founders Frank and Darren Muscat started the business in 2011 to fill a big gap in the market when it came to customer service and quality of building materials. Frank a cabinet maker by trade had been in the building supply industry for over 30 years and decided to do something about it.
With this in mind Frank decided the best way to start this journey off is to have people he can trust to help develop his idea which is why he’s son Darren came on board who shared the same passion for the building industry.
Starting small and continuing to grow Elegant Building Supplies quickly went from supplying a handful of builders to now over 100+ regular clients within Sydney mainly consisting of small to medium sized builders who seek the expertise, care and quality we were only providing. Our employees are also carefully chosen to make sure that everyone within the organisation shares the same values.
Our quality products consist of doors, timber, door hardware, bathroom and kitchen products, kitchen appliances and clotheslines to name a few and are sourced from reputable manufactures both here in Australia and overseas.
Our mission moving forward is too keep expanding and sharing what we know with as many builders and home renovators we can, insuring we can help now to avoid costly mistakes later. Unlike other hardware stores we concentrate on building relationships with our customers which is why they keep coming back.
